Office Hours/Walk-in Care:
Please note that appointments are encouraged as they allow for more
time with the practitioner. However we recognize the importance
of timely treatment of acute illness, so Peconic Family Medicine
accommodates walk-in care when necessary or urgent.
9:00am to 6:00pm Monday – Friday, (except Tuesday)
9:00am to 3:00pm Tuesday

Appointments:
Although you and your family may use Peconic Family Medicine for
walk-in/urgent care visits, appointments are encouraged. When
you call, our receptionist will ask you questions that will help
determine the urgency and complexity of your visit. If you are a
new patient you will be asked to complete a patient registration
form. If you must cancel, please inform us within 24 hours of
the appointment or there will be a missed appointment fee
assessed.
Acupuncture services are provided by Michelle Iona, L.Ac. and all massage
therapy services are provided by Kathleen Tilley, LMT.
Please contact them for their fees and specific payment policies.
Any purchases made from our onsite vitamin shop are to be paid at the time of purchase.
After Hours
Dr. Anreder or a covering physician will be available for emergency responses
after our offices hours. Please contact our answering service at
631-702-8232 or proceed to the closest Emergency Room.
Prescription Refills and Referrals
Prescription refills and referrals will be made, if authorized by the
physician or practitioner, WITHIN 72 HOURS of the request.
Prescription refills and referrals will NOT be approved unless you have seen
a practitioner within the past year and in some cases (as
determined by each practitioner) in the past six months.
